Project Start-Up and Planning

First phase of the project is to create the project plan and also to prepare the project team for the implementation.

Analysis and Design

In this phase, the detailed work scope of the user requirements is defined. Based on user requirements, it will be determined how 145 Studio configuration and functionality will be modified to meet the requirements.

Implementation

The detailed 145 Studio configuration tasks defined in the prior phases is implemented in order to meet the user’s requirements related to the 145studio’s usage. All necessary 145 Studio configuration changes will be completed and tested by 145 Studio Team during this phase. Super users will be given detailed training about the 145 Studio functionality and feedback about the configuration changes will be obtained from them.

Preparation for Going Live

All final preparations is completed prior to going live with the 145 Studio, including the data migration, final testing, training users by super users, system management.

Going Live

The final phase is going “live” with the 145 Studio in the production environment. Final data migration for any dynamic data is performed, inventory count and bar coding labeling for parts and components in warehouses is done. End users will get on-site support from 145 Studio Team in order to get answers to their questions. If necessary, optimization and adjustment of system parameters is done to have a final and optimized system configuration.
